ShiftERP

One system for the week, the warehouse, quality, and retailer EDI.

ShiftERP is the production system for co-packers and contract manufacturers. Start with Schedule if you only need the board. Add the rest of the plant when you are ready. Same login, same data.

What is in ShiftERP

These are the parts of the product, not a menu of separate tools. Schedule is also sold on its own if you are not ready for the rest of the platform.

See the plant while the shift is still running.

Production status, the numbers that matter, and retailer documents sit on one dashboard. You should not have to wait for an end-of-day export to know if the week is on track.

Production scheduling

The week sits on one board. Drag a run, see the conflict, lock the week when it is agreed. Rush work does not mean rebuilding the whole schedule by hand.

Drag-and-drop week planning
Conflict detection as you move work
Customer-specific line constraints
Changeover time in the sequence
Rush orders without a full rebuild

Inventory control

You should know what is in the building, which lot it is, and when it expires, without waiting on a cycle count that happens next week.

Quantities that match the last move
Lot and expiration tracking
More than one warehouse or zone
Low-stock alerts and reorder points
Customer-consigned inventory

Retailer EDI, through EDIStack

Purchase orders, ASNs, and invoices for the retailers you already ship to. Mapping is in the product, so a new trading partner is not a six-week consulting job.

Document mapping in the platform
99.5% first-pass accuracy on the documents we send
Transaction monitoring as they go out
Checks against retailer rules before the chargeback

Quality management

Checks, holds, and the paperwork for an audit live on the same run as the schedule. A failed inspection should stop the lot, not wait for someone to find the binder.

In-process quality checks
Hold and release by lot
CAPA tracking
Customer-specific quality specs
Documentation you can hand to an auditor

How this compares to a traditional ERP.

Generic manufacturing ERPs were designed for a plant that makes its own brands. Co-packing is a different job, and the implementation cost usually proves it.

Questions we hear first.

How long does implementation take?

Most customers are fully deployed in 4-6 weeks. The warehouse team can be on the mobile app in the first week. Production scheduling and quality come on in the weeks after that. If you are not in production use by week five, the first month is free.

What integrations do you support?

ShiftERP connects to QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero. EDIStack covers retailer documents for partners such as Walmart, Target, Costco, and Amazon. There is also a REST API and webhooks if you need something custom.

Is my data secure?

ShiftERP is SOC 2 Type II certified, hosted on AWS with multi-region redundancy, and uses 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and in transit. We keep a 99.9% uptime SLA and run regular third-party security audits.

What happens if we need to customize?

Most of what co-packers ask for is configuration, not a code project. Customer-specific bills, quality specs, and line constraints are already in the product. When something is unique, our team works with you directly. You are not paying a $200/hour consultant to learn your plant.

Do you offer training and support?

Implementation includes hands-on training. Most warehouse staff are productive in hours because they work from the same screens they will use every day. Ongoing support is in the subscription, from people who have been on a plant floor.

See it with your week, not a sample plant.

A demo is thirty minutes with your products, your lines, and the messy parts of the schedule. That is the only way this is useful.
