For customers with active subscriptions, we provide service level commitments as specified in your individual service agreement. Please refer to your contract for specific details.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShiftERP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
